    These terms summarize how Guestography is intended to be used for event galleries, guest uploads, and one-time event plans.

    Using the Service

    • Guestography is designed for hosts to create event galleries and invite guests to upload media
    • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and shared links secure
    • Guests should only access galleries they have permission to join

    Your Content

    • You must have the rights needed to upload and share any photos or videos
    • You keep ownership of your content, subject to the permissions you grant inside the gallery
    • Hosts are responsible for deciding how galleries are shared with guests and viewers

    Plans and Payments

    • Public plans are sold as one-time event purchases
    • Billing and payment processing are handled through Stripe
    • Storage and guest limits depend on the plan you purchase

    Acceptable Use

    • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content
    • Do not try to bypass access controls or interfere with other users' galleries
    • We may suspend access if the service is used in a way that harms the platform or other users
