Sharing and Access
- Hosts control who can access a gallery through links, access codes, and permissions
- Guests should only use links or codes provided by the host
- We do not publish private event galleries to the public web by default
Retention
- Purchased galleries and uploaded media remain available until removed by the owner or under our policies
- Temporary sessions, upload queues, and logs may be cleared automatically over time
- Billing and support records may be retained as required for accounting and legal compliance
